Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

VSPAN reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or any unforeseen circumstances. All fees will be fully refunded in that event.

Cancellation by attendee and request for refund must be received via email before August 20, 2025 to receive a full refund. An administrative fee of $30.00 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds made on or after August 20, 2025.
