Registration for the 36th Annual VSPAN Conference is open! Register online with a credit card or print out the registration form in the brochure and mail with a check.
Rooms at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton are available Friday Sept 6th and Saturday September 7th at the VSPAN rate of $159/night. Call (540) 885-4848 to reserve.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
VSPAN reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or any unforeseen circumstances. All fees will be fully refunded in that event.
Cancellation by attendee and request for refund must be by letter or email and received before August 17, 2019. An administrative fee of $25.00 will be deducted from all cancellations and refunds made on or after August 17th.
